Staff at The Leys provide the opportunity for individual progression and cater for the needs of each person individually. Home visits from relatives are welcomed with an open door policy.

As well as structured activity, there is always free time to spend with key workers or relatives. Evenings and weekends can be spent socialising with others. Day care is right on the door step as Saddlers Farm shares location with The Leys.

Clients are encouraged to pursue their interests and hobbies, whatever they may be. The Leys focuses on ensuring interaction with peers, as group dynamics is an important aspect of shared living. Clients at The Leys enjoy a range of activities which centre around community access.
